Changes to Terms of Service
Int.Angels reserve the right to change Terms of Service at its sole discretion and at any time, and Members must comply with such changes. Updates made by Int.Angels from time to time can be made without notice to Member. Notifications may appear on the Int.Angels website, Members who violate the Terms of Service may have their membership revoked.

Valid E-Mail Address.
Members will maintain a valid e-mail address as part or Int.Angels membership profile at all times.

Members Password
Members will receive a password upon completing Int.Angels registration process. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Member’s password. Members agree to immediately notify Int.Angels of any unauthorised use of Members password or any breach of security.

Restrictions on use
Members shall use the site for lawful purpose only. Members shall not post or transmit through the site material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, deflamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense gives rise to civil or otherwise violate any law.

Members Conduct
Members understand that all information, data, photographs, messages or other materials, (“Content”) whether publicly posted are the sole responsibility of the person from which the Content originated.
Upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software, viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any other software or hardware or telecommunication equipment.
Interfere with or disrupt Int.Angels serves or networks connected to Int.Angels or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of Networks connected to Int.Angels.
“Stalk” or harass another.
Member acknowledges that Int.Angels does not pre-screen Content.

No Resale of Service
Members agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell or exploit for commercial purposes any portion of Int.Angels.

Termination
Members agree that Int.Angels in its sole discretion may terminate Member’s password, or use of, and remover and discard any content within Int.Angels for any reason, including without limitation, believes that Members have violated any reason, including without limitation, believes that Members have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service. Int.Angels may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing Int.Angels, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

Member agrees that any termination of Members access to Int.Angels under any provision of this Term of Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Int.Angels may immediately deactivate or delete Member’s and all related information and files of Members or any further access to such files or Int.Angels. Further, Member agrees that Int.Angels shall not be liable to Member or any third party for any termination of Member’s access to Int.Angels.
